The dynamic world of IT has been demanding for more diverse talents day by day. Taking into account this demand
for specialized IT professionals, Bangalore University has devised a new under graduate course in Computer Application. This course is meant to cater to the demand in IT field keeping in mind the dynamic nature of the Industry. The course is conducted in 6 semesters, during which the students are exposed to various areas of Computer Applications including the latest development in the industry. The curriculum also includes various live projects, seminars etc. to ensure well-rounded molding of students into IT professionals. BCA course introduces every student to the practical aspects of software development keeping in mind the needs and requirements of the clients, thereby these graduates have ample scope in the customer support department in making the
software more viable and easier for the client to use.


A pass in 10 + 2 or equivalent with 40% aggregate marks from any recognized University or Institution.
